The national representatives of countries who want to host ICC16 may prepare their bids.

This proposal should contain details concerning the following items:
• Venue for the 16th ICC
• Outline of the technical program
• Availability of accommodations and expected costs
• Proposed budget and expected source of support – governmental and industrial
• Program for accompanying persons
• Transportation to and from Congress city and site
• Proposed pre- and post-Congress symposia
